The grapes were harvested at the end of August and soaked for eight hours. The vinification was done in stainless steel, and the maturation on fine yeasts for eight months, also in stainless steel.
It's a fresh and friendly wine, which grows beautifully towards notes of small red and strawberry fruits. The taste is mineral and sustained by high acidity. The raspberries aftertaste is amplified by tones of aromatic herbs and mint.
