The grapes were harvested in early September and soaked for 8 hours. The vinification was done in stainless steel, with maturation on fine yeasts, for six months.
A fresh and friendly wine that grows beautifully towards notes of small red fruits and flowers.
The taste is mineral and sustained by high acidity. The red fruit aftertaste is amplified by aromatic herbs and flowers.
Salmon tartare, seafood paella, raw fish, salads, creamy cheeses.
